Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly assist you with an exchange, repair or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

Returns Eligibility

You may return an item if:

• You received the wrong product.
• Your item arrived damaged.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging are still attached.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Items that have been worn or washed.
• Products that have been damaged through misuse.
• Products without original tags or packaging.
• Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
• Custom-made or personalised products (unless they are faulty).

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to exchange it, provided:

• The requested size is available.
• The garment has not been worn or washed.
• The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the error was ours.

Faulty or Defective Products

If your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 6 months of purchase as provided for under the South African Consumer Protection Act.

Depending on the nature of the fault, we may:

• Repair the product.
• Replace the product.
• Issue a full refund.

We may request photographs of the item before arranging collection or replacement.

Incorrect Orders

If we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong product, we’ll arrange collection and send the correct item at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
